This is where it gets fun! In this step we translate the information from Step 2 into visual concepts that elicit the expression you are looking for. You choose from one of several options that gets translated into multiple versions of a high resolution logo and supporting assets suitable for print and digital use. A complete style guide is provided to ensure your team has a set of guidelines that outline the specifics of your brand. This comprehensive toolkit enables organizations to be self-sufficient with in-house marketing efforts with brand consistency in mind.

Let’s Play America’s (LPA) logo reflected the spirit of the organization when it first started. After years of honing their products and services at a local level, they were ready to step out onto the larger world stage and sought to express a more inclusive mark that captured the essence of playfulness.

Part of the business strategy uncovered in the process of our work together, shed light on LPA’s desire to pursue partnership opportunities. We created a flexible logo that could be modified for each partnership to entice their involvement. In other words, the kind of involvement that built brand awareness for LPA while simultaneously serving as a visual “stamp of approval” for the partnering organization.

We built on the orange from the original logo for both nostalgic reasons as well as for brand cohesion sake after year’s of LPA success building credibility and brand awareness locally. We brightened up the orange, added yellow, and included a non-descript joyful figure in action that expressed the essence of their brand personality. The hand-drawn lines introduce the tactile, creative, DIY nature behind the LPA’s mission, vision, and values solidified in Step 2 of the brand strategy process.
